We are currently in search of a Global Technology Support Manager to join our Information Technology team! The Global Technology Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of IT assets—from procurement through secure disposal—while also providing hands-on technical support to end users across the organization. This role ensures efficient asset management, compliance with licensing and inventory standards, and contributes to continuous improvement of IT support processes in collaboration with the global IT team. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Information Technology.
Job Requirements : Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred
Experience
5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender installation
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
Networking experience with the ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues such as :
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
Experience working with Apple Macintosh products preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
