Key Objectives
Proactively prospect and win new accounts across California (heavy focus on SoCal).Demo machines in Anaheim and at customer sites; host / attend trials and events.Deliver consultative, solution-based capital equipment sales tied to ROI.Maintain / expand existing relationships and consistently hit sales targets.Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and current.Candidate Profile
35+ years outside sales in woodworking / CNC / industrial machinery (required).Strong mechanical / technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles.Documented hunter track record (quota attainment, new logos, growth).Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through.Lives in Southern California; valid drivers license; frequent regional travel.Able to commute to Anaheim for demos, trainings, and customer visits.Ideal Traits
