Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow the Southern California territory. You will promote and sell ECLISSE’s premium door systems to architects, designers, builders, and distributors. This role combines technical presentations with strong relationship-building to close deals and expand our market share.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for your assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Present ECLISSE products to clients via on-site demos and meetings.
  • Negotiate and close sales with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Track leads, activities, and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience , preferably in doors, hardware, or building materials.
  • Strong knowledge of construction or architectural sales is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (QuickBooks is a plus).
  • Willing to travel within the Southern California territory (car and gas card provided).
