We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience managing and litigating family law cases. Someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about helping clients during a time they are facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full case load
• Attend depositions
• Prepare for trial and attend court appearances
• Attend mediations
• Draft pleadings and correspondences
• Draft motions
• Draft legal briefs and memoranda
• Communicate directly with clients
• Collaborate with paralegals and other team members
