Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in prompt customer requests, enhancing the total sales dollar by performing in the following tasks or developing quote information / packages through identification research and compiling information
• Receives requests from a telemarketing rep or an Aftermarket Parts Manager
• Identifies parts through research including :

Bill of Material

Stock pricing

Research materials (copies of bills of materials, pertinent prints, purchasing information, and engineering recommendations)
