Compliance Team Lead

A company is looking for a Compliance Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production and pipeline of compliance analysts while ensuring adherence to client delivery SLAs

Conduct audits and training based on loan reviews, providing real-time feedback and corrective actions

Coach and develop staff to meet departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in origination or due diligence

2+ years of experience in reviewing mortgage loans and ensuring regulatory compliance

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in mortgage due diligence software such as LauraMac and Mavent

Strong leadership skills and experience in performance management

In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, including Reg X and Reg Z
