HockeyStack customers use this data to measure channel performance, launch cost-efficient campaigns, and prioritize the right accounts.

As a Product Designer at HockeyStack, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers, to bring ideas to life while ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work will directly impact the usability and success of our products, helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate on Product Strategy : Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
• User Research & Testing : Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Analyze feedback and continuously iterate on designs based on findings.
• Design User Interfaces : Design intuitive, scalable, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
• Prototype & Iterate : Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• UX / UI Design : Focus on both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) aspects, ensuring seamless workflows and visually appealing designs across all platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented as intended and provide support during the development process. Help prioritize and manage design tasks within Agile workflows.
• Design Systems : Contribute to maintaining and improving the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.
• Stay Up to Date : Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and new tools / technologies to continually enhance the user experience.
