Job descriptionDraft and review standard legal forms and transactional contracts Provide legal guidance on employment issues and compliance matters Analyze complex legal problems and offer practical solutions Support litigation management and dispute resolution efforts Conduct internal compliance audits and assist in policy development JD from an accredited law school Seven to twelve years of relevant experience, ideally within a General Counsel office Extensive knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and oral communication abilities Prior experience working within a large sophisticated internal legal group Knowledge of ethical rules and regulations related to legal practice Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
