What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Draft and review standard legal forms and transactional contractsProvide legal guidance on employment issues and compliance mattersAnalyze complex legal problems and offer practical solutionsSupport litigation management and dispute resolution effortsConduct internal compliance audits and assist in policy developmentWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
JD from an accredited law schoolSeven to twelve years of relevant experience, ideally within a General Counsel officeExtensive knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulationsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and oral communication abilitiesHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
