Recruiter Manufacturing (Salaried Employees)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role focuses on recruiting salaried employees for a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting a range of functional areas including engineering, operations, management, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting within manufacturing or industrial settings, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long-term talent goals.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
Build and maintain pipelines of top talent for key roles, leveraging internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry.
Stay up to date on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Track and report recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
Participate in campus recruiting programs, industry events, and professional associations to identify potential candidates.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
37 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees.
Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles.
Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
Preferred :
Experience recruiting for engineering, operations, or technical roles in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
Typical pay range : $95k $120k annually (based on skills, experience, and qualifications).
