  • Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities :

  • Engage with leads to boost sales.
  • Foster relationships with clients to generate additional sales.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and showcase properties that meet those criteria.
  • Host open houses to promote agency listings.
  • Manage the entire process from property listing to closing, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
  • Attract prospective clients to drive new business.
  • Possess local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer inquiries about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications :

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivation and drive.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required; we can assist you in obtaining one!

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : Up to $175,000.00 per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule
