Senior Construction Project Manager

A leading commercial builder with a strong footprint in central Iowa is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and light-industrial projects. This organization is known for high standards of execution, a strong internal culture, and long-standing relationships with regional clients.

The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead full project lifecycles including preconstruction coordination, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, financial management, and project close-out. This individual will partner closely with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

Key responsibilities include : leading multiple commercial projects simultaneously from planning through turnover, directing project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule management, developing and maintaining project-specific logistics plans in coordination with field teams, overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contract compliance, serving as primary point of communication for owners, architects, and consultants, mentoring assistant PMs and project engineers, and driving jobsite safety initiatives in collaboration with safety leadership.

Qualifications include : 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience, strong background with multifamily, commercial, education, or industrial builds, proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam, and excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
