Your Role

As a   Driver (Day-Rate Driver) , specifically called an Entertainer Coach Operator (ECO) here at Encore, you are the external face of our organization, interacting with our clients on a daily basis. Your primary role involves defining the travel experience for clients in the entertainment industry, catering to a diverse array of high-profile clientele including musicians, politicians, celebrities, and other notable figures. Your responsibilities extend beyond driving, embodying Encore's commitment to luxury, comfort, and exemplary client service. In an environment that demands precision and professionalism, you will ensure the safety, satisfaction, and seamless travel experience of our clients. Confidentiality, integrity, and a passion for delivering excellence are key to this role. Responsibilities

Driving and Client Interaction

• Safely operate high-end, customizable entertainer coaches, adhering to all federal and state driving regulations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting Encore's high standards in client-facing scenarios.
• Manage direct interactions with clients, ensuring all aspects of their travel experience meet Encore's standards of luxury and professionalism.
