Are you a forward-thinking leader with a keen focus on safety, a strong grasp of regulatory standards, and a drive to develop high-performing drivers? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our fast-paced transportation team and play a critical role in ensuring our fleet runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance.

This is a high-visibility position that connects drivers, clients, and compliance standards—ensuring each route is completed safely, legally, and with excellence.

Your Role as Account Manager :

  • Lead with Impact : Coach and mentor drivers, fostering a culture built on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Enforce Safety & Compliance Standards : Oversee safety programs, ensure adherence to DOT regulations, and uphold both company and federal policies.
  • Drive Performance Excellence : Lead weekly driver meetings focused on safety trends, compliance expectations, and performance metrics.
  • Handle Incidents with Professionalism : Respond quickly and effectively to safety incidents, customer complaints, and internal audits.
  • Support Key Processes : Assist drivers with audit readiness and payment processes to maintain operational and regulatory alignment.
  • Build Strong Partnerships : Work closely with vendors and clients to ensure high-quality service and compliance consistency.
  • Utilize Technology to Improve Results : Leverage platforms like Samsara to monitor driver performance, identify trends, and drive actionable improvements.
  • Ensure Operational Transparency : Maintain detailed documentation, oversee compliance audits, and manage driver transactions with clarity and integrity.
  • What You Bring :

  • Deep understanding of DOT regulations and industry compliance
  • Proven leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
  • A proactive approach and a passion for safety, service, and operational performance
