Day to Day :
Recruit qualified IT professionals for our Fortune 500 clients through online sourcing (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), referrals, networking events, and job postingsConduct daily candidate phone interviews within a fast-paced environmentEffectively evaluate candidates' employment history, education, technical skill set, and salaryNegotiate wage rates with potential candidates & ability to sell job client opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activityCreate a positive experience for candidates by communicating regularlyConduct reference checks and ensure resumes are formatted in a professional mannerOversee interview scheduling and communicate job offers to selected candidatesPartner with outside sales team to ensure quality candidates are presented for our clientsDevelop new ideas to attract and retain quality candidates to KellyMitchellRequirements :
