Job Description
\nJoin our dynamic team at UW Health University Hospital, Wisconsin's #1 hospital, as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) and Telemetry units. This position offers exciting opportunities to float across multiple departments caring for diverse and complex patient populations in both general and intermediate care settings.

In this role, you will provide exceptional, evidence-based nursing care by actively assessing patient needs, recognizing early signs of complications, and implementing appropriate interventions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, advanced practice providers, and medical teams—to ensure holistic, patient-centered care. The position also offers opportunities for mentorship, precepting new nurses and students, and involvement in quality improvement initiatives and Shared Governance.
