Job descriptionProvide support for ALM tools, including troubleshooting and user management. Create new users and projects. Monitor usage and generate reports. Support customization of Quality Center and ALM tools. Collaborate with engineering domains to support ALM tools. Assist in deploying and upgrading ALM tools, including scripting and automation. Extract and analyze data from ALM tools for dashboards and reports. Support configuration management, change management, and audit reporting. Pilot new tools and perform testing before upgrades or rollouts. Support multiple projects across different time zones. Handle administrative tasks related to application maintenance, migration, patches, and validation. Develop and maintain project templates and cross-project customizations. Design workflows and configure ALM environments as per project needs. Identify and mitigate project and operational risks. Coordinate with technical teams on infrastructure and network issues. Develop best practices, SQL queries, and macros for tool optimization. Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. Strong experience with ALM tools like Microfocus QC, ALM, or Octane, including setup and customization. Proficiency in configuring user roles, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Troubleshooting skills for ALM-related issues. Knowledge of SQL and scripting for automation within ALM tools. Experience deploying, upgrading, and migrating ALM tools across projects. Effective collaboration with engineering and IT teams. Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder updates. Monitoring and reporting experience for ALM tools. Ability to assess and mitigate tool-related risks. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects across time zones. Champion inclusion and foster a supportive environment. Communicate clearly, listen actively, and ensure understanding. Build relationships across functions to enable results. Take ownership, manage execution, and mitigate risks. Develop oneself and others through coaching and mentorship. Drive change by thinking critically and innovatively. Job Summary :
In this position, you will report to the Direct Delivery (DPO COE) organization and support engineering project teams on ALM tools related topics such as tool rollout, configuring tools to projects and business needs, and training.
