TAKE CONTROL and join our team as an Associate Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Consultant! We're seeking a motivated and talented professional to join our forward-thinking team. This position is based in our Fort Worth, TX office and offers a hybrid work schedule that combines flexibility with valuable in-office collaboration.

About the Role

The Associate Industrial Control System (ICS) Consultant supports the implementation of control systems and DCS / PLC / SCADA programming. This includes a working knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Industrial Control Systems / IT - specializing in design, development, programming, integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, start-up and control system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and configure PLC, HMI, DCS and SCADA systems.
• Program and configure industrial robotics (Material Handling, Integrated Vision Systems)
• Design, configuration, integration, and implementation of automated equipment.
• Develop software / hardware design specifications.
• Design, write, test and document PLC / HMI software.
• Create Control Narratives, Logic Diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Network Diagrams.
• Develop and execute control system validation / testing protocols.
• Troubleshoot, test, and start-up control systems onsite.
• Participate in site visits and meetings as required by project.
• Consult with clients to ensure project success.
• Interact with project managers / team leads, clients, and other third parties.
