Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7–8+ years of proven commercial construction experience to take full ownership of projects from pre-development and conceptual estimating through turnover and occupancy.

The ideal candidate has experience working on both the general contractor and owner’s rep side, excels in client-facing environments, and enjoys guiding stakeholders through critical project decisions.

This role supports commercial, institutional, light industrial, municipal, federal, and community-impact developments while keeping most work local to the St. Louis region and Midwest.
