Job description : The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our Residential Treatment Center (RTC). In this role, youll oversee program delivery, ensure compliance, and mentor a dedicated team all while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered care.
What Youll Do
- Provide strategic leadership across RTC clinical and program operations
- Supervise and mentor therapists, case managers, and other clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, ASAM, and Arizona state regulations
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative dual diagnosis treatment programs
- Build partnerships with community healthcare providers to strengthen integrated care
- Utilize Kipu EMR to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement
