Information Technology Intern

BrightRidge has an opening for an intern in the Information Technology Department beginning in Dec 2025 or Jan 2026.

The I.T. Intern will do the following as needed :

1. Assist with the configuration and distribution of new workstations / laptops. This includes learning the PDQ Deploy software, Microsoft Deployment System, TransWiz profile copier, and other software necessary for the job.

2. Troubleshoot issues with endpoint devices, including Windows 11 Pro workstations, printers, scanners, and point-of-sale devices.

3. Work Help Desk tickets assigned by the I.T. Manager or other supervising I.T. employee. This includes making useful notations for each ticket.

4. Attend Staff Meetings and contribute ideas as requested by the I.T. Staff.

Incumbents will work on a flexible, part-time basis in the BrightRidge IT Department.
