What We’re Looking For :

✅ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

✅ Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate law

✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

✅ Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
