Job description3 or more years maintaining and repairing Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathes Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc experience preferred) Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Willingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month $30 - $39 / hour DOE, plus incentives Full-time, Monday Friday, with occasional overtime Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1 401(k) with company match Generous Paid Time Off : Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days Extensive training provided to support your growth Company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and credit card for work-related travel and expenses Toolbox and appropriate test equipment provided
CNC Maintenance Technician Swiss Machines
Are you an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician looking to put your expertise to work on high-precision Swiss-style lathes? Join Productivity, Inc. a leader in machine tool sales, service, and automation integration since 1968.
Were looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with deep knowledge of Swiss-style CNC machines to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment.
What Youll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC machines with a focus on Swiss-style machine tools.
- Machine installations and setup
- Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams
