The Manager, Operations Last Mile Delivery Strategy is an essential role supporting the future of Walmart's delivery innovation. As a member of Walmart's Last Mile Delivery Strategy team, you will play a critical role in enabling smooth and effective operations across the organization. You'll work side-by-side with leaders and cross-functional partners to translate data and strategy into actionable plans and compelling executive presentations. Your day-to-day will include managing updates and communications for key initiatives, coordinating events, and collaborating with cross functional and executive stakeholders. You'll help drive organizational alignment, keep teams informed, and ensure our priorities are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Executive Communication : Craft clear, compelling presentations and reports for executive forums, distilling complex information into actionable insights.
• Collaboration : Work closely with peers and leaders to accomplish shared goals, driving projects forward in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Influence & Alignment : Influence stakeholders across the organization to foster alignment and accountability, even when you do not have direct authority.
• Project Management : Take ownership of new or ambiguous initiatives, independently driving progress while managing competing priorities.
• Communication : Effectively share updates, risk assessments, and strategy across the Last Mile team, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Adaptability : Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach in a fast-changing environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
• Event Coordination : Support the planning and development of materials for major team events (such as Offsites, Year Beginning Meetings, Holiday events, and Shareholders Meetings).

Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications : Supervising Associates Masters : Economics Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
