Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking knowledgeable, dependable, and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our fast-growing team. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time positions across day, evening, and night shifts.
The Registered Nurse will:
Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, prevention, and evaluation
Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and perform other medication-related duties
Communicate changes in residents’ clinical conditions to physicians, nursing supervisors, and family members
Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers in accordance with facility policy
Maintain accurate charting and documentation
Conduct daily resident rounds
Candidates must:
Promote and facilitate teamwork
Demonstrate a high standard of ethics and professionalism
Be dependable and reliable
Provide excellent customer service
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-Term Care experience preferred
eMAR knowledge preferred
CPR Certification
Ability to work every other weekend
