Location : Hybrid in Bellevue, WA

Contract Type : Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $30-$35 / hour (approximately $62,400-$72,800 annually, DOE)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with AR experience who can manage complex account activity, coordinate AR processes, and support the finance team in ensuring timely and accurate collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations
• Coordinate collection efforts and communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts
• Analyze customer accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate balances
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline AR processes and reporting
• Assist with month-end close and ensure AR reporting accuracy
• Prepare AR aging reports, payment summaries, and ad hoc financial reports
• Support process improvements to optimize AR efficiency and accuracy
