Reports to : Accounting Manager / AP Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to support our finance team. This role will handle daily A / P operations, maintain vendor relationships, and help ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. The position is hybrid, with both in-office and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for compliance with company policies and coding to proper accounts.
• Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wire) in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain and update vendor records, including W9s and other documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to A / P.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to resolve invoice issues.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in A / P workflows.
