As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a strong presence at a leading food and beverage location. Your role will involve monitoring assigned areas, engaging with employees and visitors, and providing excellent customer service. You will be part of a caring and agile team that values integrity, innovation, and putting people first, making a real impact by supporting a secure environment while building positive relationships throughout the facility.

Sat 06 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sun 06 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.

Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns common within food and beverage environments.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client site protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed to support security-related activities.

Maintain a professional presence and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors on site.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
