We're looking for a driven and experienced Service Manager to lead our HVAC service department. In this leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, support and coach technicians in the field, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top priority. You'll work closely with dispatch, manage scheduling accuracy, review performance data, and foster collaboration across departments to achieve company goals.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support daily operations of the service department
• Conduct in-field training and quality control with service technicians
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve service-related issues
• Collaborate with dispatch and other department leads for scheduling and workflow optimization
• Review service invoices and warranty claims for accuracy and efficiency
• Track and report departmental performance using CRM tools
• Ensure technicians are trained in both technical and customer service skills
• Drive department profitability and team performance

What We Offer

Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Pay Scale : Base salary of $80,000-$100,000, with performance-based incentives that provide the opportunity to earn up to $150,000 in total annual compensation.
