Product Merchandising Specialist

As a Product Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience within large volume stores, including grocery outlets. Your primary responsibilities will involve stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products in storage and coolers are rotated effectively. This physically demanding role requires the ability to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing between 20-45 pounds, as well as perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and squatting.

This position offers a consistent work schedule with specific start times, and there is potential for flexible work hours over time.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Efficiently merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with assigned products.
• Rotate products in both storage and on-shelf to maintain freshness.
• Transport products from the backroom to the sales floor as needed.
• Utilize equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks for product transport.
• Showcase promotional materials like signs and banners effectively in accounts.
• Organize and maintain a neat stockroom environment.
• Report store issues to managers and supervisory staff.
• Foster strong relationships with store personnel.
• Adhere to operational procedures, including checking in and out and following designated routes.
• Service accounts during scheduled times established by management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and attentiveness.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Utilize handheld devices to input and write orders.
• Exhibit regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
