Purpose of the Position
This position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of optical thin film manufacturing processes, providing subject matter expertise and support for said processes, as well as facilitating continual improvement of Thorlabs' coated optics products. Although the location of the position is in Newton, NJ, from time to time it may be required to undertake duties at other Thorlabs locations.

The estimated pay range for this role is $69,000 - $93,940 annually

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
