Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications : Experience working with large datasets and coding languages, database, automation or business intelligence skills such as SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableu and Looker. Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Ability to stay organized, detail oriented, focused and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft and deliver messages to influence executive leadership.

As part of the Data Center Acquisition and Energy Finance (A&E) team, you will help drive operational excellence by securing data center capacity and energy resources that enable Google's scalable, efficient and innovative infrastructure.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities : Own and manage Google's energy and renewable energy data portfolio ensuring tracking, analyzing and reporting on individual and portfolio-level project costs, generation, availability and profitability. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and support month-end close for energy costs and generation from renewable energy projects by utilizing developer forecasts, project schedules, historical data and other key inputs to inform budgeting and planning. Collaborate with Google's finance, accounting and internal teams to deliver critical renewable energy financial data and provide insightful analysis for ad-hoc inquiries from cross-functional stakeholders. Co-ordinate with utilities, renewable energy suppliers and internal partners to ensure timely invoice processing and issue resolution. Support contract management for renewable energy and utility service agreements.
