Responsibilities of this role :
- Administer the hourly employment office functions and processes, assist with workforce analysis, deployment and people power management based on contractual obligations and corporate policies
- Manage the day-to-day Employment window functions : leave tracking, reinstatements, general employee questions and support, records management, etc.
- Implement the onboarding orientation sessions for the HBU workforce
- Support the implementation and execution of our lean manufacturing methodology
- Drive a positive workplace culture by supporting plant employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with the administration of the national and local collective bargaining agreements

Bachelor's degreeProficient with Microsoft SuiteStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Strong follow up, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work variable shifts, including weekendPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
1+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldAble to interact with all levels of management and Union officials to accomplish goals
