Inbound Coordinator
Hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4pm
The Inbound Coordinator will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring every product that goes through the doors is received, organized, and ready for success. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative precision, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Youll work closely with team members and leadership to maintain accurate inventory, streamline processes, and uphold safety and efficiency standards that keep the warehouse moving forward. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Kansas City, Kansas.
Inbound Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Process incoming orders and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
- Receive, stock, and organize products across all inventory categories
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts or audits
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory or shipping issues
Inbound Coordinator Requirements :
Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the duration of the shiftComfortable working in varying temperature environments (warehouse, cooler, or loading areas)Must have full range of motion and dexterity to handle materials and operate equipment safelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)Strong multitasking and prioritization abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet use2+ years of administrative or warehouse experience, with a focus on receiving or inventory managementKnowledge of warehouse operations, flow, and terminology
