We're looking for an AI / UX Designer with a passion for emerging technologies and a curiosity for how humans interact with AI. In this role, you'll contribute to the design of conversational and generative AI experiences, bringing a user-centered perspective to prompt and context engineering. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to shape intuitive, responsible, and engaging AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the design of generative AI experiences and conversational interfaces
• Apply principles of conversation design, including turn-taking, cognitive load, and pragmatics
• Experiment with and refine prompts and contexts to guide AI outputs
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to translate insights into designs
• Navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-changing business environment
• Communicate ideas clearly in both casual and business English
• Support agile workflows and incorporate user-centered design principles
