Are you passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced medical environment? Georgia Urology-the Southeast's leading independent urology practice-is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic team!
What You'll Do
As a CMA, you'll be the heartbeat of our patient experience, supporting physicians and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Your day will include :
- Recording vital signs and patient history in EMR
- Assisting physicians during exams and procedures
- Educating patients on treatments and medications
- Administering medications and processing pharmacy requests
- Performing venipuncture and preparing lab specimens
- Removing stents / sutures and prepping exam rooms
- Ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance
