Overview

Senior Project Manager, Engineering role at LEO A DALY . Senior Project Managers drive results by coordinating the workload of the project team through all project stages to complete documents within project scope, on schedule, and meeting the client's and Company's budgets. This position involves management, production, and coordination of several projects concurrently. They lead project teams on large, technically complex projects using all project delivery methods, exhibit excellent client relationship skills, and participate in marketing, proposal development, contract negotiation, and production meetings. They work collaboratively across the organization with a strong team-oriented approach.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for managing and coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution. Prepares financial work plans and serves as a primary client liaison.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, direct, and oversee strategic plans for overall success throughout the project lifecycle. Establishes project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
