Scrubs : Navy

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,360 - $1,460 per week

ICU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or multistate compact license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

Previous travel nurse experience preferred

Strong skills in ventilator management, vasoactive drips, lytics, critical patient assessment, tracheostomy care, neuro, stroke, STEMI, and sheath management

Ability to float to Medical-Surgical (MS), Step Down (SD), and Emergency Department (ED) units as needed

Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced ICU setting

Monitor and manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and advanced therapies

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

Float to Medical-Surgical, Step Down, and Emergency Department units as required

Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR

Comply with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
