The posted compensation range of $40.06 - $58.13 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsible for entity specific Patient Safety and HRO program through the development of standard programming and the facilitation of entity specific process improvements that support the reduction of patient care errors and other factors that contribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes. Facilitate the development, analysis, categorization, and reporting of entity specific adverse events data to help guide improvement efforts.
