Overview :

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to provide strategic and technical direction in the planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information and technology systems based on the annual and longer-term organization priorities and plans.

What You Will Do :

• Provide strategic and technical direction in the planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information and technology systems based on the annual and longer-term organization priorities and plans.
• Oversee all aspects of Information Technology (IT) by owning the rapid development in technology processes and managing the technology team in its support of the company’s technology solutions for both external and internal users.
• Provide Financial Management to include operating and capital budgets for systems and staff, cost-benefit analysis, workforce planning, ROI, and contract negotiations.
• 24 / 7 on-call support as needed.

Pay Grade Info :

To provide greater transparency for candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, depth of work experience and relevant licenses / credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is : $237,141-$375,000 / year.
