Key Responsibilities
Guide new B2B clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful account activation
Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support during the first month of the subscription
Proactively engage with clients to drive activation milestones and address any challenges
Required Qualifications
Experience in onboarding, training, account management, or similar roles
Bilingual proficiency in English
Strong organizational skills to respond effectively to customer needs
Experience with proactive outreach via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite is an asset
