Software Engineer, Production Technology.

Come join the technology team revolutionizing how we bring food to our customers' tables! As a Software Engineer, Production Technology, you will enhance our production systems & data integrations across the business.

You will have the opportunity to build production-grade products that will be used across different production facilities in the US, with hundreds of internal users.

You will

• Develop deep knowledge of site-level operations to drive & support continuous improvement efforts
• Develop new software applications to enhance system operations & improve efficiencies & visibility across all software platforms
• Provide tier 3 support by troubleshooting escalated technical issues in WMS, WES, WCS, & other systems across all operations as they occur
• Create documentation to describe systems that you develop / work with

You have

• BS degree required. Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Degree desired
• 2+ years of experience with software and / or data engineering
• Experience with building backend infrastructure using Python & SQL (SQLAlchemy, Flask, FastAPI, Django)
• Some Experience building web applications using Angular (comfortable with components, services, observables, & basic testing knowledge)
• Some experience gathering & creating custom reports
• Experience in multi-site industrial distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments - (nice to have)
• Familiarity with event streaming / message queuing technologies such as RabbitMQ, Pub / Sub, & Kafka - (nice to have)
• Experience building multi-tenant applications & supporting multi-language applications - (nice to have)
