At Inductive Bio, we're building a collaborative, AI-driven platform to make drug discovery faster and more efficient. Today, chemists spend countless hours piecing together data, experience, and intuition to design molecules that are safe and effective. This is an incredibly complex and time-consuming process, and ultimately patients are the ones left waiting. Our platform is already accelerating dozens of active discovery programs, and adoption is growing quickly. Backed by top biotech and tech investors, our team brings together world-class talent from both domains.
We are launching a large ARPA-H-funded project to develop state-of-the-art in silico models to predict drug toxicity, with the goal of reducing the need for animal testing in drug development. Inductive Bio will lead several academic and commercial organizations in a coordinated effort to generate novel data and leverage it to build next-generation predictive models.
As part of this effort, we are seeking a quantitative pharmacologist to lead the creation of mechanistic models for pharmacokinetics and organ toxicity. These models will be supported by the large-scale creation of novel human in-vitro data from complex organoid and microphysiology systems, and they will be combined with cutting-edge AI approaches to broaden their scope of applicability. Ultimately, these models will be integrated into our software platform and used for important toxicity prediction tasks across our biopharma partners.
