Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for employee relations concerns and advise managers on best practices
Facilitate employee engagement surveys and create an employee experience roadmap
Oversee the performance management framework and partner with leadership on development opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in employee relations or culture development
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance practices
Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion
Experience in developing and implementing culture and engagement initiatives at scale
