Laboratory Technician Assistant (clinical lab assistant / phlebotomist)
Part-Time, 24hrs / week, 2 : 30p-11p, every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
Job Summary
Performs daily workflow management of the section with minimal supervision. Responsible for training and competency assessments of new LTAs and phlebotomy students, and collaborates on phlebotomy services. May perform duties of LTA, Phlebotomist, and / or CLA as needed for patient care, and finds coverage when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Phlebotomy and lab experience required
- Graduation from a Phlebotomy Training program preferred
