Job Position : Sales Enablement Specialist
Wage : $60,000 - $70,000 annually + commission
Job Type : Full-Time Hybrid (In-Office 2-3 days / week).

This hybrid role plays a vital part in the success of client events, from behind-the-scenes logistics to project management to building new client opportunities through business development. You will work with our Workspace Solutions, Drop Off Catering and Full-Service Event divisions. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team that values flexibility, initiative, and precision.

What You’ll Do :
Help put together proposals, contracts, floor plans, mood boards and creative event materials. Research new leads and help connect inbound inquiries to the right person.
Keep our CRM spotless, track key sales metrics, and create reports that give leadership insights to make better decisions.
Assemble event packets, signage, and supplies. Keep the office flowing and systems humming.
Manage client / vendor insurance docs (yep, it’s important).
Work side-by-side with Sales Managers and connect with teams across Operations, Marketing, Production, Accounting, and Logistics.
Support the growth of our full-service events and drop-off catering divisions by identifying new market opportunities, industries, and potential client segments. Partner with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies, generate leads, and execute targeted client outreach initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Extra credit if you have : CRM experience, hospitality sales background, or the ability to stay cool when things get busy.
