Position : Inpatient Pharmacist Location : Bel Air, MD Shift : Nights Setting : Inpatient Hospital Job Type : Contract Contract Duration : 13 Weeks (with possibility of extension) Join Our Team as an Inpatient Pharmacist in Bel Air, MD! Lancesoft Inc is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment in Bel Air, Maryland. This opportunity allows you to leverage your clinical skills, support multidisciplinary care, and make a meaningful impact in patient recovery and safety. Daily Responsibilities : Review, verify, and dispense inpatient medications accurately in accordance with physician orders. Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services in an acute care hospital setting. Evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness, potential interactions, and accurate dosing. Provide clinical support, medication counseling, and pharmacotherapy guidance to healthcare staff and patients. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use. Monitor and adjust medication regimens based on lab results and patient progress. Maintain compliance with state / federal laws, hospital protocols, and Joint Commission standards. Accurately document interventions, verifications, and clinical activities in the hospital EMR system.
