Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Support Specialist (RBT) to join our team in Toms River, NJ. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities :
Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
Provide direct behavioral support to children in a clinical setting, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
Requirements :
1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Salary : $23 - $27 HOURLY
