A company is looking for a Clinical Learning Educator II.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clinical leadership and human resources to enhance workforce development
Act as a subject matter expert for clinical learning and competency needs across the system
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to support evidence-based practice
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification
6-8 years of clinical experience as a clinical instructor or staff nurse
5 years of educational expertise in curriculum development and instruction preferred
Competency in MS Office applications
