Gondola is hiring : Social Producer, Tennis in New York

Overtime is hiring a Social Producer to join our team full-time in NYC with a focus on Tennis! This role is integral to Overtime’s continued success and growth across our social channels - TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and more.

What you’ll do

• Produce original content for Overtime social channels, focused on OT Tennis
• Work closely with Overtime talent to create new ideas and concepts that help their pages and the Overtime pages grow
• Liaise with content operations department to coordinate logistics between talent and the brands OT is collaborating with
• Travel frequently for content shoots, where you’ll manage talent, direct content and lead creative on-site
• Organize publishing, editing and talent schedules to align with our deliverable goals
• Create reports outlining channel performance - social analytics will be your best friend!
• Stay on top of everything happening that is relevant to our channels - this means sports, pop culture and everything else that pertains to our content
• Publish content to our Overtime channels including YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Work with editors to ensure our content is at our standards
• Review content before it’s posted from proofreading and spell-checking to QCing videos
• Work with the sales team to create short form branded content with our talent
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across OT to align the content we post with the strategy in place.
• Curate content to be posted across channels

Who you are

The salary range for this position is expected to fall between the range of $70-80k annually. Salary will be determined based on the individuals years of relevant experience and skill set. Overtime also offers a flexible vacation package, health benefits and stock options in the company.
