Web Personalization Programs Manager
The Web Personalization Programs Manager will be responsible for building web personalization experiences and audience nurture programs in support of Journey and Demand goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a creative yet analytical approach and an entrepreneurial mindset. They would have experience with web personalization and optimization, ad operations and working with data to design effective audience segments and experiences.
The Web Personalization Programs Manager will :
- Define the web personalization programs that support Global Web and Digital Services goals and objectives
- Work with Content Strategy and Demand teams to define and deliver audiences and personalization programs that accelerate the customer journey
- Deliver web personalization and audience segmentation innovations such as automation and AI / Client for scale
- Act as SME to provide execution guidance to marketing peers, channel experts and strategic IT partners as needed
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop and maintain core web personalization programs and operational processes
- Act as a customer experience champion, ensuring quality controls are in place to deliver highly relevant and personalized experiences for target audiences
- Identify and resolve governance, process and system issues that are barriers to efficiently delivering customer journeys
- Partner with the analytics and marketing teams to maintain critical performance insights and metrics that enable ongoing experience and conversion optimization
- Measure and report performance of all personalization programs, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Utilize strong project management skills to track, communicate status, and deliver personalized experiences, critical web marketing system, and operational projects on time
- Manage a wide range of tactics, communication and assignments within the operations team to design, build and test web programs
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience with Web Personalization and AdOps
- Team player with strong cross-functional and communication skills
- Strategic thinker, who can help build processes and act as an advisor to teams
- Experience with DMPs and audience segmentation / channel activation / audience optimization
- Proficiency with web platforms and applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Skills
- Prior experience with Adobe tools (e.g. Audience Manager, Analytics, Test & Target, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Campaign)
- Have a strong background with advertising operations (DSPs, SSPs, campaign management and optimization)
- Strong background in user experience design and taxonomy development, with an eye for optimized page layouts, intuitive navigation and content find-ability
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with delivering search engine marketing, web experiences, audience management, personalized experiences, email, social media marketing, and display advertising
- HTML coding ability (nice to have)
